Or maybe their just trying to look for different management styles to see which one suit them most. I don't know them in person. I'm well aware of that thread, though I rather not say anything on the subject as it's not a good practice to do so if I don't have good enough proof to back up my statements whether I'm defending someone or accusing someone that's why I don't get involve in such scenarios unless I have something valuable to present.
