All I can say is that this is a sure thing.  I will pay first through paypal.  I understand the reluctance, but if anyone wants to take a chance with me, i would appreciate it.

Or request a PayPal debit card, withdraw at ATM, and pay hard cash for BTC that can't be charged back from the BTC seller.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.
