This is how you got your 6 merits here on forum? Based on insults?
You have no ideea what i built, what function i use or any code i did. Starting with the keys from the forum from guys who shared, now i can predict a range where can be that jrG.
Also for B9 i can predict 2 of 5 ranges of 40bits that i can find that address...
To be honnes i will be quiet on future instead of get insults from GURU people that have no ideea what they do in life...
have fun!

Aren't you the guy who said you already have the keys? Now you say you've almost got them lol.

It's not an insult to ask you how much crack you're smoking, anybody who thinks they've "almost" is almost certainly smoking crack.

The Contradiction Between the Two Statements

Position 1: "Nobody was promised rewards would scale with difficulty"
Nobody was promised that rewards would scale with difficulty.

If some puzzles are no longer economically attractive, that's just the market. Nobody rewrites the rules because the expected return isn't what people would like it to be.

But the puzzle creator himself says the opposite:
This puzzle is very strange. If it's for measuring the world's brute forcing capacity, 161-256 are just a waste. The puzzle creator could improve the puzzle's utility without bringing in any extra funds from outside - and roughly treble the puzzle's content density.

I am the creator.

You are quite right, I honestly just did not think of this. What is especially embarrassing, is this did not occur to me once, in two years. By way of excuse, I was not really thinking much about the puzzle at all.

I will spend from 161-256 to the unsolved parts, as you suggest.  Probably in the next few weeks. At any rate, when I next have an extended period of quiet and calm, to construct the new transaction carefully.

While you claims nobody rewrites the rules and rewards were never promised to scale with difficulty, sabbybibi pointed out the puzzle's flawed density — and the creator himself agreed, admitting the design was flawed and deciding to increase the reward density by a factor of 10. This directly contradicts the claim that the market alone determines outcomes and that the rules never change.

If a user is asking for a simple information, why you give more that he asked? At least if you give the private key, give also the address...he needs now to scan again and again wasting power and money....sometimes is a joke for everyone...

There is only 2 addresses with form 1PWo3JeB9jrG for puzzle 71. If the first one is on 4, the second one should be on 60-68.

1PWo3JeB9jrGMLiH83vD775NRqHZMR2hHB
1PWo3JeB9jrGLDTmsp45h1pDXXtb7zisQH
1PWo3JeB9jrGFsveoYdzAukjcwp645X7Zx

SRG02289, please don't feint the comunity.

There are only 2 addresses betweeen puzzle 71's gap 0x400..0x7fff. One of the is solution and another one is 0x4da0aa7f285f61b1c5 = 1PWo3JeB9jrGMLiH83vD775NRqHZMR2hHB.

Other 2 addresses(1PWo3JeB9jrGLDTmsp45h1pDXXtb7zisQH - 1PWo3JeB9jrGFsveoYdzAukjcwp645X7Zx) aren't between the gap 0x400..0x7fff.

How do you like the disclosure of one address in the 7xxxx range?
I can throw dust on another address in the 7xxxx range that hasn't yet been published in this thread.
Three addresses with the prefix 1PWo3JeB9jrG have already been found in the 6xxxx range...
One address in the 5xxxx range...

I feel better SRG02289. Thank a lot!
Could you please share other prefixed addresses and private keys?

[The usual wall of text has been compressed using lossless logic.]

Your quote does absolutely nothing to refute that. Show me where the creator promised proportional rewards as difficulty increased. You can't, because he never did.

Likewise, my statement that "nobody rewrites the rules because expected returns are lower than people would like" refers to participants demanding changes simply because mining has become economically unattractive.

In 2017, the creator wasn't responding to falling profitability. He was correcting what he himself identified as an oversight in the initial reward distribution.

Those are fundamentally different situations.  Smiley

You're treating:

  • fixing an acknowledged design mistake, and
  • continuously adjusting rewards to satisfy changing economics

. . .as if they were the same thing.

They aren't.

That's the contradiction in your argument, not mine.  Grin

I'm off to fish.

Unlike Bitcoin debates, a fish either bites or it doesn't. No logical fallacies, no quote mining, no revisionism.

Just me, the river, a rod in the water, and the sound of the night. That's a far better investment than arguing on the internet. 🎣

The more I think about it... the more I'm convinced you started this whole rabbit hole. Been sus from the jump.   Tongue

Ain't but a few ways this go. Either bro the one who made it... or him and the creator tight, out there catchin' fish together. Maybe he just obsessed with the puzzle long enough to sound like he wrote it. Or maybe he know exactly what he doin', keepin' it vague so everybody else sayin', "Yo... this gotta be the dude."
