Made my first purchase today.  Customer service on the initial call was excellent and the process was smooth.  I will report back once it arrives about tracking communication and quality of the shipment.  So far so good.  Thank you.

As a bit of constructive criticism, I suggest that you not mark orders "Shipped" when they have not yet been picked up by USPS. It confuses your customers, as "Shipped" boxes can be stuck in your 'shipping queue' for upwards of a week with the tracking number showing that the USPS does not have them. If it's in your "shipping queue" it should still say "processing"

I know you are swamped with orders lately, but why is there a "shipping queue" of ready-to-ship boxes that can't be dropped off at the Post Office? Does the Post Office only accept a certain number of packages per day?

Do not waste your time debating whether Bitcoin can work. It does work.

Agree with the above statement...it's confusing.

Thank you for the feedback. To give you an idea of what we do:

You place the order
We see the order and print off a packing slip and shipping label
The tracking number automatically gets uploaded to your order number
The packing slip and shipping label goes into the queue for the shipping department
We package the shipments and put the packing label on them in the order that they were placed (unless you ordered something such as a pre-order)
They go off the to Post Office

The bottleneck has come from the large number of orders that have been placed. This has created a longer shipping queue than normal. However we have hired additional employees to address this. Once we are all caught up on orders, the tracking numbers will start updating within a business day of uploading to the website.

I wish I read about you guys before placing a large order with coinabul.  I got totally ripped off and they stole my bitcoins.

Back to the mines to generate some more.

I'm drooling over that 10oz NTR silver bar...

Question: It says "in stock", yet when I go to make a purchase/quote for 1-4 qty, it says...
"* This product is not available in the requested quantity. 4 of the items will be backordered."

How many do I have to order, to "not be backordered", and if it "is in stock", why would 1-4 have to be backordered?

Just asking, because I feel it may just be an oversight of that page, or the "system", which is not detecting your "in stock" status... or it is out, and the system isn't reflecting the "out of stock" status...

If you do have a "minimum" for "instant order", you should list that. I assume you have to wait for enough low-order orders to stack-up to a justified "block" of a larger purchase. As shipping inventory bar-by-bar would be waaaay too costly. I believe most order pads of 20+, which should be mentioned somewhere. (For the NTR 10oz .999 fine-silver bars)

Also, do you purchase, or would you consider purchasing, or a "purchase and hold" (pool), for a later resell? (Thus, avoiding the whole two-way shipping, and giving yourself time to "buy at a better price", until the order fills from our purchase or sale.) EG, like kitco does. Essentially turning you into a 1:1 pooled "physical" silver/gold trader. (Unleveraged and non-paper trades only. Which is the only "legal" trades for the USA now.)

Silver makes a perfect hedge to dollars and bitcoins!

Oh the trade thing... (hold-ship and trade)...

It makes "ready to ship" silver available to you, since you only need "confirmation" of your silver-order coming, which would "replace" (our held silver), when it arrives, thus, giving you faster shipping of "silver in hand" to the customers who actually want it shipped.

As for "trades"... You simply sell our silver to them, when we say "sell", and you don't have to order more. Also, because you purchased it, and didn't ship it, you know it is the same silver you sold us, because it never left your hands. As opposed to having shipped it to us, and then having to ship it back to you, to sell... which you then have to "test" it, and confirm it is real, and twice, in delivery, it has a chance to be lost. (As opposed to never having that loss, if it is never shipped.)

And, since we never actually "cash in" a trade, unless we ask you for the money, the "losses and gains" do not have to be recorded until we cash-out silver, or USD, from our holdings. Since, essentially, like bitcoins and MtGox, we are trading "virtual credit", until we cash-out for something physical.

Thank you everyone for your patience. We are getting orders out the door ASAP!

We have just joined a new dealer network. All of our silver prices have dropped. Our silver prices are extremely comparable to other online eCommerce dealers. The only downside is that shipping times on silver products are still extremely delayed. ASE delays are 6 weeks. Delays on silver maples, 4 weeks. AOCS products, 2 weeks.

We do have an update though. We will be selling the Austrian Philharmonic Silver coin starting Monday! Even with all the delays we have decided to introduce this new product because the delays are much shorter than some of the other coins (2 weeks), and we have received many requests to sell them.

We also have plastic airtight capsules now available, they are not listed on our website yet, though.

Any plans to sell larger sized silver bars?  Since the 10oz has been sold out for a long time, 1 oz appears to be the largest you offer.

Do you guys have plans to start accepting litecoin? Also can you explain irs reporting rules. I know if you make a purchase under 5k most places don't report it. What if you make 10 small purchases and say the total is 15k are there any rules for reporting total amounts?

Not with the silver shortages. Which reputable online dealer has prices $0.50 less than us?
