I have 2x2gb sticks I took out of my 13 inch 2011 macbook pro when I upgraded to 8gbs. I am willing to sell the pair for 1.5BTC shipped.

I suspect he wants a single 4 gb so he can fill the second slot in that MBP, since OSX 10.7-8 really need closer to 8 gb than what their base models included.
