He is rich person as per I see bitcoin address

and he sent me back fake amazon numeric pin and it is invalid

and never reply till now

what to do now ?

Can anyone Trace ip address of this user ?

1. Did you really believe the Amazon code once you received it? The first beginnings digits are 123456789. 
2. Newb, IP wouldn't matter, VPN and Tor make identifying the location of an individual near 99% impossible.
3. You should of read the rules, went to a escrow and not made a foolish mistake since this individuals was previously trying to exchange collateral that wouldn't be accepted by anyone.
