Actually windows was developed by paranoid people and control freaks. Unfortunately "normal" people don't realise this, and just keep paying out for upgrades and enhancements that they don't need, and that clog up the internet.

At least we know this comes from a credible source. If "some Czech guy" can't be trusted I don't know where I'll get my news in the future.

It does show that Windows is not the OS to use for any financial transactions, including Bitcoin.
