I was always wondering in the back of my head. No matter whether he said who he was, his name was Paul, with me. IDK what name you were given.

I was a little bit suspicious. He wouldn't take escrow, so that nagged me further. Furthermore, he would only take payment at the site given. I could not

knock out the nagging suspicion out of my mind. Well, I just now saw this before payday and-- MISSION ABORTED!

You called us begging to give you a better price saying 200$ USD was a lot of money for you and then never replied. I agreed with the Escrow, you never responded to the private messages.

I paid for two s5 units with him. Have been going back and forth in text, suppose to be here Tuesday by the latest. I will let you know if it's a scam or not

Your units are on the way like mentioned. You have my phone number and we spoke.

Those kinds of offers are almost always going to end up being a scam unfortunately.

I personally would not trust any miner reselling website to buy a miner from (unless I was also using a forum based escrow), and I am not even sure that there is a single reputable website that resells miners.

He's a scam. He deleted one of my posts accusing him of being a scammer and locked the thread.

I wanted to add though there is a bitcoin hardware reselling website that can be trusted. User here known as HolyScott

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35090

Website

http://holybitcoin.com/

Done some business with him, hes a super cool dude!

I've looked at HolyScott's site, but there were too many misspelled words and typos for me to take it seriously.

Holybitcoin / Scott is a legit dude.  He is another re-seller of J4bberwock's gear.

I called bitcoinelectronics out on being scammers in the beginning, and have never been proven otherwise.  All I asked was to provide proof of ownership or shipping of a legitimate customer's purchase and I would remove neg rep.  But as they say, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's probably a Fukn SCAM.

Tried more than one time to reach bitcoinelectronics.net for my over order and have received nothing. It's clear now that I was scammed, which is a shame. I will be taking all the necissary steps to report him to his states district attorney considering the dollar amount and make sure, at the very least, his site gets taken down so he can not scam anyone else

See screenshots below, these are text messages with bitcoinelectronics.net

I can post the actual transactions too however that is on my computer and I'm on my cell right now:

Hopefully this will help others. Before I sent him anything I checked everywhere I could for forums if this company was legit or not. Unfortunately there were only a few threads where people "thought" he was a scammer but never actually showed proof they were scammed. It was a nice $500 buck lesson to be learned to anyone reading this.

I'd say i told you so, and so the other many person who left that person a red trust, but then no point beating a dead horse.

Could you post this in scam accusation, just to make it clear? Thanks.
Edit: Disregard, i see you did, now. Sorry for your losses. I wish others would learn from your mistakes but then again, probably not. People get scammed from people marked as scammer, still. I wish people were taking escrow more seriously. Especially when said potential scammer has red flashing warning under his name saying he is not to be trusted.

Well that's the thing, until I gave him a bad trust rating he didn't have anything showing. Just had a 0/0 trust rating.

Oh well, I went and did a police report and asked them what steps they would have me take. They told me to make a report with the federal trade commission and at least that way they could get the site taken down. If more people were scammed and are willing to report, PM me. The more people I can get to come forward the more serious they will take it. I'm also in the process of contacting his service provider and also payment provider to alert them of the scam, but that will have to wait until Monday.

You should of went to his profile and checked his trust feedbacks, you would of seen about 10 red messages saying he was not to be trusted. If you did not see him as red trust warning, it is because your trust setting are at depth 2, so only feedback from default trust are being counted.

Set it to depth 3 and you will see a more accurate reading on their trust.

But the trust rating does not mean anything anyways, you need to go read the feedbacks and see if the previous experience with this user warrant trusting him.

I think you, and i dont blame you per se, but people like you always get scammed from scammers because it has not been proven that the person is a scammer. Basically until they see red trust on their account. But trading with a red trust is the same as trusting with someone with no trust, 0/0. So trading with a 0/0 or someone not labeled red trust is a wrong approach.

The way reality work is "do not trust unless proven otherwise". You trust sellers on Ebay because Ebay guarantee your money. The same when you go to a store, or anything else. People are spoiled they don't even realize why they trust or do not trust something.

The gold world has and still is "Do not trust unless proven trustworthy."
