How to better explain bitcoin to people ? Please give me some directions
Best Regards
It is best to treat your friends with beer. Then you say that beer is purchased through Bitcoin. After that, they will begin to ask questions. This is the best advertising! I'm confused... Does your bar accept bitcoins as payment? I mean, I think I get where you are coming from in saying that you made a good bit of money off being a somewhat "early" adopter in Bitcoin and all... But I think it will still come off as a risky stock market kind of trade than actually using Bitcoin as a legit currency.

Tell them it´s a digital currency.
Nope that's not enough. Most of today's currencies are already in digital form. You have to tell a bit more. Say you can send it like e-mail, only with copying it. That it is like Bittorrent. A network without an entity who controls it, like a bank for instance. We have to explain all bout bitcoin's feature and its use but the common people will not believe at all that. They want use something vibrant like fiat or gold. So what we need to do is We should make bitcoin to know with common people Social media and other ways. then we have to create a demand in market for it.

Bar does not accept Bitcoins. They first need to be exchanged. My friends and acquaintances know that I swap Bitcoins for cash. They see how I get cash from an ATM. And all this thanks to Bitcoin. They see that this is no big deal. That's when people start to ask questions. What is Bitcoin? Where did you Beres? What is its price? They become interested. All who know me - everybody knows about Bitcoins.

First of all, I will explain about what are the benefits of using bitcoin, such as obtained ease if we use bitcoin as a substitute for conventional currency. They should be curious first and they want to learn. Most people will be attracted by the positive things they have heard. On the other hand, in my opinion explain something to someone who has no interest in is a useless effort (just my IMO). After they are interested then just explain a little by little about bitcoin.

If the people mentioned by you don't know the use or at all the computer must begin with this first. But since you are talking about the knowing of bitcoin it is to be understood that this kind of people for sure must know computer. Otherwise have not meaning to speak about this aim. The most easy way, according to me is the practice and not the word. So take the person and go with him in front a computer. Open your wallet, explain as simple you can all it is within it and then do a send of bitcoin to itself. Then tell him how is produced, what is the use, the good qualities of this coin, the importance of it as an invention and show him the page about bitcoin at Wikipedia. At the end even the bitcointalk. That's all. If the person in question will become interested there are to much sources to became very soon a big bitcoiner.

just crossed my mind, since people are usually easier to convince if there's a tangible (physical) thing presented, then maybe one of the easiest way to tell newbies (other than faucets) (and suppose that you're generous enough) is by giving them free debit card preloaded with btc!! hahahaha you can give me one if you want to

This is the only method I used to tell my friends about my method to earn bitcoin (although I have others too) back in their newbie and right now they are living proof that in this method they can actually earn "money". And they grow up now and know other type of earning method.

Yes, introducing btc to the new bees is not that easy and we just can not ask/provide them to read big articles about btc that might not interest him/her. Better explain how easy and anonymous payments can be possible with btc alone and if it is a practical approach, it would still be a better way.

It's best not to start explaining all the technical stuff. I think it's best to start talking about how bitcoin will benefit them in the future. and if you have made profits already, tell them about it and how you did it.

Let them play with satoshi I bet they will start doing some bitcoins and bitcointalk for signature campaign. For students Signature Campaign is a good way to do if they want to earn some money just in home.

If a newbie has played satoshi he definitely interested and find out much more. If he finds a signature campaign for sure he would be happy and often collect bitcoin. But I think it's better if they newbie playing taps only once as if playing a signature campaign bitcoin obtained nothing

All who know me - everybody knows about Bitcoins. Well, honestly, that does not promote bitcoin in any aspect whatsoever to be honest... if you were to promote bitcoin, you would have to be in a bar that accepts some format of bitcoin. What you are doing is promoting bitcoin in the form of some kind of stock or asset, not a currency in itself. You can say to someone, "Oh yeah, I made $100 by buying one bitcoin at $350 and now it's $450 and the beers are on me tonight". But what good does that do? What promotion is that, when the sole purpose is to eventually sell bitcoins and to buy beers for USD, euros, or whatever?

I hope a good movie producer like Michael Bay or Jerry Bruckheimer use Bitcoin in one of their action movies as a good plot or at least someone uses them in the story to make people who watched it get curious about Bitcoin.

For me, I explain bitcoin first to my friends, with out really knowledge about bitcoin is by telling them what is it. and how CHEAP the transaction is. I focus on using bitcoin to send money to their love ones. because in here, every now and then people always send money to their family or friends. Then I followed up with a message that they can earn bitcoins online with out buying it. such us faucets, sig. camp., trading etc. If I saw that he/she is interested, I sometimes send them a little amount just to start with.
