Why is primedice restricted in some countries?

Maybe it's because many countries banned primedice then primedice banned back all the countries that block primedice. by the way you can use vpn or proxy, extension browsec to open primedice.

This isn't true primedice would be in trouble if they don't follow certain rules/restrictions, primedice is banned only in some countries where gambling is illegal.
i always use vpn on gambling sites regardless  it's banned in my country or not.

when i tried to register for primedice the first time i had this issue too so i had to download the program of vpn in order to access it, with the program everything is really fluent and i never have any problems, the only problem is that i loose my money there

Op if you are from USA or Australia you should probably know that these countries banned  every "outside-operated" online casino or similar service.
If you have still access to some of them from US that mean they are either illegal - and still not giving shit about US regulations, or are licensed in US.

although my country dont ban pd but i have some esport site that i cant access too. bet365 is one of them. it is to prevent people from gamble away their money too easily so these r meant to have some kind of control/prevention. but as u all noe, there is many other similar site.

a lot of countries have different opinion about bitcoins and the way it works, in my opinion because of that they try to ban bitcoins from people usage you can still access it with proxies though, i think that its non sense that such things as banning bitcoins is done

I never knew australia was restricted, i was aware they pulled out of USA and thats probably a good decision.  US gov can flex their muscles at any time and go after websites like we saw with seals.

For legal issue, i know satoshibet has closed their site cause if legal issue, although they didn't announce the truth, but yes, this is the reason, stunna wanna keep wealthy but not got to jail, so ban some countries is very necessary.

Maybe it's because of gambling licenses? Although I don't think that is very common in btc gambling. I think they are still bypassing this issue, but maybe some countries are already making things difficult for the btc gambling world, I don't know.

Free VPN's usually suck. Plus they sometimes use your connection for other people. I suggest using a paid one, not going to advertise multiple companies on here but you can get a good, trustworthy one for around 10 dollars a month.

Australia have really absurde rules to gambling and betting sport.
I remember, to betfair, for bet to australian event (already the Formula 1 Australian gp) you get send more document (already a law letter) and accepts the rules of australian betting

Damn, being from America I didn't realize some sites are starting to block access to their sites to American users. I was aware of a few but was mostly unaffected until I realize primedice has done the same. Ill have to check out the free vpn some folks are talking about.

Well PD's block to US visitors is not something new, but it has been doing so for many months. I remembered reading an announcement from Stunna in early 2015. Other than using VPN, Tor would do the job as well but the connection may likely be slow.

and my country is one of them. they already have block most of the popular sites that accept our cc and now they also stepping up to block gambling sites that accept btc. i switch to btc is becuz of cheaper fees and harder to track, and yet it they r closing in.

Yes its considered pretty bad to gamble if your country doesn't allow it. Somebody had their Coinbase account closed because they detected withdraws from a gambling site.

If I'm not wrong it is not primedice restrict people to access there website but some countries are blocking primedice site so you can't access. Primedice want more people to play there game but because of its popularity some countries are blocking it. If you want than you can use VAN.

ya what you are telling is correct, some countrys restric some sites to be used by their country peoples as they think threat to the people, in arab country you cannot acces some site,  if you want you can use vpn service which will give you access to this sites.
