But thinking about if I were lost in a dessert or a forest and I do not have any food or drink except a dead body, I might eat what can keep me alive. Although this situation is difficult to happen but no one knows what tomorrow hides

Seriously nope, I don't care whose child I will eat it is still a human for God's sake. With regards to secret power shocks I would never wanted to have secret power that came from sacrifices. And For survival, I will not still eat another person just to survive i'd rather die like them.

Even if I can get powers or whatever I can benefit from eating human flesh, I still refuse to eat it. It's so difficult to imagine myself eating human flesh. Even if it means my death if I will not eat human flesh because that's the only food that is served. I will still say "no" even if I know that few days later my hunger will leads me to death because I decline the offer of eating human flesh that could give me strength to survive and live. But it depends on you, for me, I'd rather die than eating human flesh consciously.

We are only talking about a scenario in which your preferred menu (i.e animals, vegetables, fish.etc) is not available. For example, if you are stranded in some remote deserted region devoid of any vegetation, how you are going to survive? Without water you may not survive for more than 24 hours in a desert. The only option is to consume meat from a dead body.
