There were just 2, one which I sent as a repayment and another was on 19th February which he used to send to somebody or maybe his own address...
Since then, there were no transactions and the address doesn't seem to be active, so do you still think I should send him coins there on the mentioned address???
I take into account many things before repaying someone, which is why I am trying to be a bit precautious on Watoshi Sir's part, as he's not been online since a long time...

You can do whatever you want, however your loan will absolutely not be considered repaid until and unless you have repaid everyone in full. Claiming that you cannot repay one of your lenders because they have not been online in a long time is an outright lie as you have an address to repay to.

I think it is best to just wait for him to confirmed that the wallet addy is still he currently used. Because it will become another issue if that addy is forget by owner. Just saying
