OP, I am sorry to chime in here, but you are a Hero member and the behavior you showed here is one of the reasons us lenders get so many issues from other borrowers.  You went on for days about making sure you are ready to pay back, you were just waiting for the lender to get back online.  Then when  you go to do the escrow you had to wait a week to make that escrow payment.  What if the Lender would have gotten online at the beginning?  You would not have been able to pay him because you did not have the funds available if he would have gotten online.  So next time, if there is one, don't start an argument and claim you could not pay because the lender was not online; for the main reason you could not pay was because you did not have it at the time.  Good luck in the future, but I think you just killed any chance you have of getting another loan here again without collateral.

I had been very loyal to everyone, always there for everyone and I know I was not able to repay on time, but I didn't run away like others just because I love my dignity more than money... I am not saying you are a bad person and I think you for responding politely, but your posts kind of lead people to believe that you already had the money waiting to be repaid, when that was not the case.  This is a deceitful way to do business and I just wanted to point that out so you can avoid doing that again later in life.  Good luck with everything.

I will surely not do like this again, and it was my hard luck everytime that I was not able to repay on time to many of my lenders, but I won't be asking for any more loans and that's a promise to myself... I didn't default on any loan. The person who defaulted on that loan in 2015 also defaulted on another loan in 2014 which had this account as collateral and it was way more than 0.06BTC.

I think escrow amount should be paid direct to the person you agreed to pay to.

My  address you mentioned, was used for my  daily operations, after some time its was changed to other, escroved fund moved too.
My agreement was not found Watoshi-Dimobuto to provide funds.He had to turn to me and better not after 100 years

I'm with zarzarb on this one; you just came back to the forum after a 4 year inactivity period, so the least you could do is sign a message from a staked address to ensure you are the real owner of the account. He has to make sure that you are the real you, and that's the only way of proving that.

It's also natural that he has been changing addresses after 4 years, and as long as he can prove that he has the amount that he is escrowing, there should be no issue as to in which address they are.

No, escrows have to keep their own funds separate from the escrow funds. Escrows cannot trade with, invest with, gamble with the money entrusted to them. zarzarb agreed with gkv9 to keep funds in an address that can be monitored. He didn't keep his word. I have dealt with professional escrows. This kind of service is always unacceptable.

zarzarb used my funds as he liked. I am charging interest for that privilege he took without informing the lender or the borrower.

Escrows usually generate a new and exclusive address every time.
