For that first you have to make people aware of bitcoin and Explain about its specifications. At least you can take social networks like facebook, twitter, whatsapp and etc... Try to do that then You start to help dude.

Correct, you need to show them the benefits attached with bitcoins, and if you teach them in proper way, they would surely show interest  and start using bitcoins.

If I had lots of bitcoins I would start some giveaway contest like inviting people to suggest ways of promoting bitcoin.I would also establish some bitcoin only online shops.Pay my employees in bitcoin,ask print media to publish paid articles about bitcoin

Well I'd make turning fiat coins into bitcoins an option.

You dump all your pennies, quarters, nickels, dimes etc. into the machine and it sends the equivalent BTC to an address of your choice. Of course less a percentage, but a smaller percentage than what it takes to turn it into dollar bills.

The way I see it working, you generate a payment address QR code either on your phone or print it up at home and the machine scans the QR code and you click to verify the address is yours, Then you dump your coins. When it is done counting, you click finished and it sends the BTC.

If I have a lot of bitcoins. I would help the bitcoin community,
by Making a business that always accepts bitcoin. hiring who knows more
in bitcoin and giving more and more discounts for using bitcoin while buying goods.
In that way, people will know that using bitcoin is better than using fiat.
But the first step I will do is to share the information about bitcoin to other like I'm doing now.

I'm planning in this way by starting a small scale industry which pays salary to the workers with bitcoins.
By this way at least let my workers know about bitcoin.
