I think key to happiness is to be contended with small things.

I agree one of the secret of happiness is to be contented with what you have but it doesnt mean that you will not able to achieve for something new. One of the great key is when God is in us you will be happy forever even though trials come still God give us joy to solve the trial that we encounter.

Actually the secret is that there should no be secret. Only thing you need to hide is your happiness. People thinks that some of the things lead them to happiness but that is wrong. You can learn it from religion or trough life. It comes to the same end. You can not run for something (whether it is money, friends, etc.) and excpect to be happy. Happiness is in ourselfes and all of other things comes to us if we use good energy and happiness.
