Well I saw people selling houses and properties for it so its not such a big surprise for me but these things are clear indications that though we don't realize it, Bitcoin is getting adopted, even if that may be slow but it is happening.

Yes this is totally awesome and yeah I saw someone selling some sort of real estate on this forum a while back. And why not? Bitcoin is money after all, so you should be able to buy anything with it. if Bitcoin goes to 1000, I'm definitely going to buy a car with it.

I thought this deserves more attention! Is that a breakthrough for Bitcoins? A forumer here had successfully traded his bitcoins for a car. In the process, he encountered a couple of scammers but he managed to shoo them away. So now we know it is possible to purchase a car with bitcoins. Now it is a villa or house and a car. I am unsure what the next biggest thing could be. Maybe a threefer of car, house AND a holiday
all done with btc. That could become a newsbit on TV. I would love to see that happen. I wonder if he exchanged btc into fiat when
he bought that villa?

In deed we need to have the total attention focused on the post you just placed. It is one of the things i have been praying especially in this new year in relation to the bitcoins. This is just a showcase that in deed the use of the bitcoin is spreading and also having it popular. generally, people have always thought that bitcoin is a scam and therefore not a real currency that you can purchase something with. feel free to share this information with your people especially those against the bitcoins. We are getting there team bitcoin.

It's so interesting. I just put a down payment on a car using Bitcoin a bit of time ago. Not everything is purchasable with Bitcoin though, and that's my only problem right now. The anonymity and pseudo-anonymous traits of Bitcoin make it so simple for criminals to thrive so yes, I know that's why I can't buy everything I want with it. It's just aggravating still to know I can't buy simple necessities like food.

Buying a house with Bitcoins could become interesting with some smart contract features where you could skip intermediates like lawyers. The only disadvantage is not many people have enought Bitcoins to buy a house. |

I think making it a regular easy to do process like how to buy a car with USD would be the next step, it's always like an exception now when something buy something with BTC but if it becomes a regular occurrence like when someone buy an item with USD then BTC would already obtain the market, it will also be great if you could buy groceries/food/day-day items with BTC.

If more merchants accept and embrace the bitcoins in their transactions, I am very sure that Bitcoin will be accepted globally and it will be very easy to buy anything in exchange for bitcoins.
