I can be an escrow for both parties. My "terms":
I stick to the "Don't trade an amount more than, the worth of other person's account worth is ", by my standards and the current account market mine is probably around 0.2, hence I can offer an escrow service for amounts less than 0.15(Had it in my sig but just to make it clear, I only do it when none of the major *free* escrows are up)
Edit: Oh and in case it wasn't clear, the accounts escrowed will not be given a "Bought account" feedback, which I give to others.

@Buyer Let me know what account(details such as trust, potential activity, activity etc to be included) details I should check for and if you have agreed to take a signed message from the seller(I highly recommend you to do so to avoid further "hacked" claims)
The escrow address is the address linked in my signature(let me know if you'd like a PGP signed message confirming so), if you agree to the terms please send the required amount to the address along with a 10k sat fee+10k sats as the amount for fee that I'll be sending
