Where can a new member buy BTC using Credit Card/ Paypal?

Hello,
I'm very disappointed. I spent two days trying to find a site/person that would accept my credit card of paypal to buy BTC. Why is it so difficult?
The only viable site I think there is is Virwox after all the fees, you end up paying quite a lot. Any other??

you usually will have a hard time finding someone who will accept paypal from a new user

I did find a list in a wiki-style site. Some of the sites where off line, and others as I searched for scams I always got some warning and scam reports. In fact, I have just googled for "cex.io scam" and I found a lot of negative comments   I don't know who/what to trust.

I have multiple purchases and instant delivery from them. Do you diligence and check them out against the scam warnings as you should not trust anyone on this forum by default.

You should tell us what country you're in. That's going to have a large bearing on what you can access.

The issue is that Bitcoin can't be reversed and Paypal and cards can. That's going to make a lot of people very wary when selling to you.

Yep using localbitcoins is the most known ways to buy bitcoins using your paypal, you need to become a verified member and you don't mind posting a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper saying "i am buying bitcoin from .. using paypal .." along with you id and your credit card.. that is from my own experience..

You can trade on Bitok.com without any verification. There are some videos on Youtube that emphasize on necessity of getting a verification. That's wrong.

The verification is necessary to use Credit/Debit Cards and Wire Transfers. They're 2 different verifications. All the documents we ask are asked by these systems, nothing additional.

While Localbitcoins is very much well established so you use them without any problem in my opinion.

People will flock to a service which offers privacy.  It will happen sooner or later.  One thing I have learned is that programmers can be extremely smart.  One or more of those programmers will make an enormous amount of money by finding a way to make it easy to buy & sell BTC.

There are plenty of paypal users here. But the problem is you can't trust most of them.
Either they can do a charge back or find another way to scam you. But circle provides you an option to buy/sell bitcoins quite easily.
