17*0.0026 = 0.0442btc per week right
0.0442*4 = 0.1768 per month

Payments will be done on a weekly basis.
As for maximum rates, a max of 10 tweets and 7 retweets will be counted per week. 17 * 0.0026 = 0.0442 BTC. 0.0442 BTC/week * 4.25 weeks/month = 0.18785 BTC / month. I just did a different count of weeks per month than your calculation.

Question, we will still be paid if we only do retweets and no tweets or we must have do both with atleast the minimum required?
You must meet both the minimum for number of tweets as well as retweets to continue in this campaign for another week. If you don't meet the minimum, you'll be paid a partial payment and removed from the campaign. (I'll add this info to the OP tomorrow).
