When do you plan on making the BURST 2.0 release?

Where exactly did you find this quote from? These are awesome news! I hope everything turns out, BURST still has a very low market cap. This is great timing also because my hard drives are about to finish plotting in a few days.

This quote is from a year ago by crowetic and was just before the 1.2.4 core release (after the 1.2.3).

I had found it just above my post. Now it is gone. Someone playing tricks on me the newbie I guess.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I've tried to install the new wallet version but I can not install it. After I give Windows permission to open the program nothing opens. I have already excluded my over aggressive crap virus scanner to ignore the folder.

Also make sure your Internet Explorer is updated, too. I could make the wallet work finally after updated IE.

I read some drama on Burst's forum between you and Crowetic, about Crowetic alienating other devs. This coin seems to be split between the Burstnation peeps, Crowetic and other contributing devs like Blago and daWallet. I don't really like that guy from Burstnation but I hope you and Crowetic and the other devs can work things out.

Also make sure your Internet Explorer is updated, too. I could make the wallet work finally after updated IE.

That might explain why I've never gotten the wallet to work at all, if it's expecting IE - I don't allow IE on my systems, second-biggest security hole you can install on a Windows system - and written in ActiveX which happens to be THE biggest.

IMO the wallet should be written to be compatable with FireFox and Chrome, not just IE - especially since Mickey$loth themselves have stopped supporting IE in favor of that "Edge" thing (which appears to be IE rewritten in C)....

Lexicon wallet, is working fine, and with all win version, and using chrome....

https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/5424/lexicon-s-net-burst-all-in-one-wallet-chromium

You need to install also this : C++ redist package for Lexicon AIO : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3179560/update-for-visual-c-2013-and-visual-c-redistributable-package

I forget how I managed it, but I got a web-based wallet of some sort working, using a "local server".
Might have been part of that "all in one" package and I do remember I had to go straight into the .bat file stuff to get it to work at all.

IMO any program that depends on IE being on a system is STUPID and should be ignored.

that is only one way to access your wallet, through a browser interface running local wallet.
You can also run AIO wallet with or without local wallet - if no local, then you can use several online wallets. Also, there is Android wallet if you happen to use that. Also, I am sure the browser version runs on any browser not only on IE...

Well the wallet also works for Linux too and IE does not exist there, so I think the main problem does not have much to do with the relationship between the wallet and IE .

The wallet isn't built around "IE" it is just a component for the Online Browser to work on Windows. If you don't update IE you will also get a script error that pops up.

But yeah I agree with your sentiment on "IE" and it has no effect on the Burst wallet.

Run Local wallets and support the network. Use the Online browser if you had to clean your DB and resync. Or if you are on a computer for a one time transaction.
