I never thought a bank would disappear although bitcoin is found, a couple of years ago when paypal was discovered, many consider the bank transactions will drop drastically, but in reality it is not. whatever happens the bank will continue to survive.

That will not be the worse thing that will happen, if bank will be replace or bitcoin will make banks disappear, centralize will also be replace. That is a crazy thoughts, you are right with that, we are completely changing the world if that will take place. The current world peace and order is still acceptable, but by the time there will be no government, chaos will happen. |

Absolutely, I never imagined such a thing happen. If it does occur will actually make the new problems in this world. But if bitcoin integrate with the bank that will be good, but with a note bitcoin will be centralized and controlled by the government, where it is not going to happen. In the end bitcoin and banks will walk alone, and until whenever I think banks will still be there so that the country's financial stability can be set. Thank you |

Banks will change or go under but they won't go away. They will always find some service to provide that someone else will want to buy.
I think that you're right because the banks will never go away and will find a solution for this. |

The bank is the official institutions that protected by the State, I'm sure the banks will not disappear even though a lot of people switch to bitcoin, if bitcoin already popular I bet the bank will accept bitcoin as one of the types of deposits.

Maybe from your point of view, the world is peaceful because you don't see other people killing each other. Just take a look at the ISIS, do you call that peaceful. Do you call war peaceful? If the government was so good, they could've ended chaos long ago. But there's still chaos. We don't have to depend on the government to be peaceful but we always need someone to be at the top to handle situations from there. Too much freedom would make us kill each other but we're just talking about bitcoins here. When bitcoin users has outnumbered fiat users, the government wouldn't just leave the scenario. They would either fight bitcoins, and do desperate moves to do so, or they can simply embrace it. Either way, they will not just leave. |

Bitcoin needs the banks, you know why? Because its the only way to save your bitcoin into a form of fiat currency money and yet in terms of cashing through wallet bank is very useful. If banks will disappear what will be the same instution like bank that will be catering all the needs of people like money transactions? I think no one will replace banks in the future because it really rooted to peoples lives and most specially with businesses worldwide, although bitcoin digital currency is very popular nowadays but we still believe the strong foundation of banks.

i agree with you that bitcoin bank transaction will be never drop and you are right that bank will be survive forever because bank controlling fiat regular currency and bitcoin is just a digital currency so its impossible to disappear bank. |

Supposed that there are no banks and there's only bitcoin, we wouldn't rely on fiat that much anymore. The prices of the items that you're going to buy would be in bitcoin form, not in dollars. We wouldn't need banks at that time because someone would make an algorithm/program to make easy payments through bitcoin even though you're not going to have to take out your phone, scan the QR code, and send the payment. There would be a bitcoin debit card and you would just swipe it. |

Banks could be considered disappear if more than 40% of people in the world are active in cryptocurrency. And systems such as blockchain wallets can evolve to better ensure user data from a variety of problems. Yes, most likely will happen is to use these two things, now development of technology is very sophisticated, we can even access the bitcoin via smartphone anywhere in the world. Banks don't have to disappear since it is too much of a dream that bitcoin would make them disappear... They are strong, they play roles in the society and in the economy, while bitcoin only play one aspect of banking, which is the money... Banks do more things than just holding a money or releasing it... They process many things, now, bitcoin has no capability to do it yet ( the function of banks )...  |
