Scammer - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=529842

He sent me $160 BTC for $180 PayPal. My PayPal got limited soon after. I had alot of money in my PayPal. To continue exchanging, I had a friend loan me $500 PayPal. $180 of that was to go to paying for that $160, and the other $320 was to be exchanged to BTC. He is keeping all $500 of my PayPal.

https://gyazo.com/c204087f56bd1fd15694e406633e8cac

He is refusing to resolve it by refunding my PayPal.

How that screenshots proof anything ? It doesn't even proof that you was actually talking to that user , It could be anyone .
Start by showing the P.M's where you guys discussed the deal , then the P.M where he gave you his skype , then the Skype messages and showing his profile (where his skype name is visible like on the P.M's).

"I'll send you more than you asked and you'll send me the change" is an old scam, and likely an attempt to cash out hacked/carded funds.

You haven't really posted any "proof", just a tiny snippet of what looks like a Skype dialog but with no links to you or rikugou.

Post the full Skype conversation, links between Skype IDs and Bitcointalk IDs, any Bitcointalk PMs, TX IDs, and proof of sending $500 from a PayPal account that you own (or your "friend" owns).

Edit: and proof that you refunded the $160 in BTC of course.

The $500 won't get reversed, I wonder why it hasn't yet.... cause it's legit.

I will if he continues to not co-operate.

Have you sent the BTC back? Start with that. Then you can [ask your "friend" to] reverse the PayPal payment if rikugou doesn't "co-operate".

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1327019.0 "SCAMMER: Dorrittulx [scam accusation]"

I'm sure someone with more time on their hands can work out who's sort of telling the truth.

Doesn't really matter much. Both have admitted taking payments from each other and no proof of refund so far. As far as I can see both are trying hard to get negged.
