Can you please just use the form btcdoublex linked at the first site instead of spreading fear uncertainty and doubt? This would be in your own best interest if you sent money. By the way, I had a similar issue and it resolved itself after a while. Seems like the confirmation process of the site sometimes takes a while. If nothing happens for a day after complaining or something like that, then please share this information with the public.

I have a DNS issue with the site here, if anyone here has some kind of name resolution problem with the site, DON'T PANIC. btcdoublex.com is still up and running. I just changed the nameserver entry in the /etc/resolv.conf file to the google DNS 8.8.8.8 to fix the problem. You can also try a proxy ( for example https://hide.me/en/proxy seems to work ).

@btcdoublex: Do you have any idea what went wrong here? Did you change the server IP recently? This would explain things. This is a kind of problem that could make people feel insecure. Not good for a site like yours.

IT's been more than 6hrs and still unconfirmed? And after two days gets cancelled. Last payment also there have been some deductions. Hopefully this time it wont repeat.
