No you are wrong mate, I am a hindu guy but I have many muslim friends and your perception is totally wrong towards muslim, you cannot hate the entire religion looking at few bunch of people, if I fall in love with a muslim girl and if she asks me to convert to muslim then I would surely do.

You need to offer prayers five times a day, avoid non-halal food.etc. Also, you are expected to get yourself circumcised and you need to do fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. If you don't do these, then you will be branded as an apostate by the family members of the girl. And apostasy in Islam is punishable by death.
