I mean pepper spray brands like https://store.udap.com/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=1WH&Category_Code=WH m or http://www.tbotech.com/wildfire-pepper-spray.htm . I've had enough of those generic pepper sprays that is about as hot as Tabasco sauce.

You can buy OC/Pepper Spray in all States.

A couple of States have a few laws about how much you can carry, and in Mass you need a license. But yeah, you can get the stuff anywhere in the US.

From what I can find, Oleoresin Capsicum can be sold anywhere in the US. Pepper Spray usually isn't just 100% OC.
