It won't count double after halving because halving effects already happened.

Everybody knows that halving is coming, so everybody is anticipating it, which means current price is probably close enough to price after halving. Maybe they're will even be a drop in price xD

I would actually go buy at this time. Because the price is in fact very low and I think if you are going to buy it now you get much profit later.

It was a bit nauseating, people reported trying to sell people to all their family, some posted that people thanked them because they doubled their money in a few months and so on ...

This is not the final goal, for me bitcoin should be seen as a way to use money, not an investment in it self (even if I believe it also has potential).

Yeah Of course some people are in only for the money, I don't really blame them. Bitcoin is an opportunity everyone is free to use it as they please.
The problem was that people at the time were only posting about its value, nothing mattered except money. It was like a frenzy, probably comparable to the gold rush.
That's what I felt anyway.
It was fun to see the depressed people afterwards.

Panic buying is definitely a good thing, I'd vote for that. ) Only I don't think we should wait for $200 to start panic buying because most likely we will never see not only $200 but even below $350 again. So IMO the panic buying might start any minute and then the price will start rising like a madman so if you are going to buy Bitcoins you better do it now.

I think the best way is to get off of panic buying of bitcoins or other cypto's is to find any sideline or other activies like in this forum.and take some advice from the Pro .

It's just keeping yourself updated therefore reading news on a daily basis and so on.
It's also the psych and emotions what matters.Many people tend to follow the majority, the masses. So if suddenly many people start to buy Bitcoin although there wouldn't be any reason to do so many others would do so as well.

i think panic buying is the opposite of panic selling meaning it is a good thing only if done in the right moment.
for example seeing a price rise and buying in before it is too late is good but not buying at the very top thinking it is going to rise now that we are at the peak!!

Nobody can tell you for sure what is next, but if you think logically, you can draw your own conclusions.
-Maybe bitcoin will not keep price 1000$ but we going to see great pump around halving date
-All this happenings will bring more attention to it. Which is good after all.
