if you want to take big risk i will recomended Huobi, you can take Loan at huobi with leverage 2.5 from your balance, or you can trade at poloniex with margin trade but you must know the highest risk of that's system.

i lose arround 2btc at margin and loan system

I`d personally say, if you want to trade you can do this by selling stuff you acquire cheap and resell for bitcoin - and not having to use the exchange unless you really need it.

@OP I have no experience about bitcoin to fiat experience but I would say bitcoin to altcoin trading is simply awesome. chances of getting profit is very high when you start trading a new altcoin . for this I use yobit and c-cex.

just wanna add sir also if you have big investment and willing to do trading with alt much better to consider also cryptopia bittrex and polo they have big volume so you can control the amount that you can invest with, good luck mate.

I dont to trade in cryptopia but worth to give a shot, but really if we have big amount of capital the best site to do tradings is im poloniex and bittrex because the big whales are in there and you can ride nor worry for your balance out there aswell as you can make sure that the coin listed there is not scam or if there well be there are few of them are listed.

And suggestion its better for us to find ally or group in tradings because you can do teamwork on pumping and dumping on coins you wish to move.

Best trading places i trade in c-cex trading this is tha best trading i've played i used cellphone to trade it a friendly user to andriod cp and sometimes i go in yobit but almost coins in yobit scam so your bitcoin become less instead of getting profit. I trade 3× a week in ccex in that 3 days i got .02-.05BTC aweek.

Hey bro, you can try the new exchange platform Deribit.com , lowest fee ever compare to any other exchange platform. Trading Fees 0.01% if you buy any order,and  0.00% fee if you make any sell order. since you said you hold some coin so i can guess you want to sell/exchange your coin.join now Deribit.com and make your sell order with 00% fees

Local bitcoin is not my preferred exchange site too. It cost too much time to get your coins.
If you are familiar with kraken then you know it's the most easiest way to get bitcoins without any risk.
