maybe he wants to bundle the transactions and save on fees, there is also a possibility that he is just trying to get u guys to work for free

I dont see any valid reason for him to pay,
just to comment bad for the video. First of all.
he didnt show some proof of funds.
2nd if the owner of this is his/her enemy.
Then, if the owner of this could get a lot of negative feedback.
He/she can always make a new video clip.
or it will just nuetralize,as the owner already got some likes
and good comments already.
