How to make 17 BTC out of 7 BTC ?

If I were you, I would personally hold on to those 7 btc. I wouldn't invest it because I believe investments come with too much of a risk that I'm not willing to take with 7 btc.
You could try to earn more and add those btc up to those 7.

I don't think gambling is a good idea to get 17 bitcoin, but that is actually the choice to earn that quickly only if you are lucky.
Man 17 bitcoins is just a lot of money I think is just beter to try to collect more for him.

And at the end this year to sell it something, because maybe after halving the price will increase.

If he wants to make quick 17 out of 7 then gambling is the only option, even trading involves a great risk and it is time consuming as he cannot make this quick profit in a single day, if you can afford to take risk then gambling can solve your problem, and I believe higher risks higher returns, If I would be having 7 btc in my wallet then I would surely afford to take risk and atleast make it 11 to 12 btc.

buy a online company shares to get part of their incomes. do that smart. trying to gain so much that fast will do a damage to you, don't do that.

Don't always go to find shortcut way to make lots of profit in short term. Gambling and hyip is for short term high profit with high risk, day trading will be profitable with low risk, but it will be not like 17 btc with 7 btc starting in a week or a month.

Only on forex is possible, and i advice him to start with low amount (2BTC). He could earn just 0.5BTC daily  that mean 10 BTC per month. In my opinion a good trader could obtain this result without high risk (mee too  )

I played forex before,but considering we are talking about bitcoin there is already some good forex and honest company workin with bitcoin price up and down? I mean forex related to bitcoin im very interested ,i wanna give a look and maybe try it.

Fast, you can make it by gambling/trading, but that's is very risky. It's more likely you will lose your money.

Play it safe and invest in bitcoin or stocks for a term of 5 years. You won't regret it.

If you want to start online business then it is better to start your own website and sell ad space also you can earn there from adsense.( i can help you to start your website),
and for offline business start any store/school etc.

You could be more specific on things you're willing to do .Legit or scams included.If you're willing to become a full time trader,it should not take you more than 10 days if you're smart enough.Gambling/bets/ponzi's are not to be excluded since its a easy of money but too risky.It actually depends on you.I'd suggest invest 7 btc's in some business,open your own store or something.Maybe sponsor an unique idea.Become a co-founder.Much more constructive ways.
