I would sugget to join an ICO that have an early bonus reward.  If it is set as 50% your 7 BTC investment will get an ICO amount of 10 BTC and sell it as soon as it hit an exchange to get out early and avoid some massive dump from the same like of you being impatient .  Actually it isn't impatient it's just going out early with profit. Then do it again and again.  Maybe 3 or 4 ICO will get you more than 17 BTC.
