You were right, it need times to be able make BTC17 out of BTC7. In my opinion, just holding your bitcoin would lead to no where instead of make it grow because you need a long time period. If you good at gambling and fine with high risk of it, just play but I wouldn't do that. Some people know better option but they won't share for free of course unless your friends. Forex would be  one of the best way on making profits out of your money but forex trading isnt easy as it sounds since you would really need knowledge and  analyzing skills, also you must good on  hearing or searching  for latest market  news so that you could  apply it  on your trading  strategy to make profitable trades.

The ideal way for me would be trading. Trading is very profitable if you know how to trade and you like to analyze things then you will have a chance of getting that 17 BTC. It may take just a day,weeks or months but eventually you will reach that 17 BTC. Trading just takes time because you need to be really focus on it and you need experience in order to familiarize and get a feel of what the buyer and seller will do next when it hits a certain price. I've read some post and that they suggest gambling but its more risky I think than trading because in trading you can still minimize your losses by setting a price limit on how far you can take a loss but in gambling, if you bet a certain amount, you can either win or lose it all.

holding might let you earn some when the price rises up but making it to 17 btc i think aside from gambling much better to study trading

How trading could be unrealistic. I'm not ready to agree with this. Trading is hard for the beginners, still it is not unrealistic as we will be able to learn skills and develop it to sharpen our knowledge to predict trading calls somewhat accurate. We cannot find any really trusted bitcoin related site around these days as every site turned scam in last few months so i don't think anyone would believe another site coming into being, and trading can generate profits for anyone who know the rules of it and has a good enough capital, it is not like that only the ones with good faces can take advantage from it, its for all.

Everything is risky here, we cannot afford to trust anything and people say that holding is the safe way to make profits but they should be aware that price can fall extremely in future so their holdings can go in vain.

Yeah actually the ICOs are really profitable in times, i have seen ICOs of alt coins and they mostly grew above 20% till they were finished and if someone invests there he would probably earn quite a lot of profits, but it might drop sometimes but never seen that myself though.

Many ICOs have disappeared in the past withing few days, the only people who make money from is the creator of that coin and once his target achieved he will run away with your money.

Gambling is not a right place to multiply your coins as there is full possibility that you will loose whatever you have, it would be far better if you try your luck on trading, as you have chance of making profits and if you loose, you won't loose everything.
