Im getting a message "Access completely denied as you have reached your attempts limit "  The hold all of my private keys and their support seems unresponsive.  I have about 2 bitcoins so about 700 dollars in their any ideas how to help me?  I can post any other info if that would help
The exact message is "Access completely denied as you have reached your attempts limit = 3.
Please contact your system administrator."

Did you enter the wrong password into your account too many times?
Is it possible someone else attempted to gain access?

How long have you waited for a response from support?

I support a decentralized & unregulatable ledger first, with safe scaling over time.
Request a signed message if you are associating with anyone claiming to be me.

Your wrong log in attempt must have triggered the security on your account, you need to exercise some patience because it sometime take 24 hours to hear response from the support, do not over push.

I logged in with the correct password but the 2FA that I enabled requires a code from my email, and I typed this code in wrong 3 times i guess, even though i copied and pasted it.  I haven't been waiting long at all but their support has never replied to me in the past.  Have you ever had any similar experiences.  I'll let y'all know when they resolve this.

This is all about the security of your account, just contact them through the email that you registered with and wait for their response.

Next time try to type it instead copy and paste since some extra characters may get copied by accident Roll Eyes
Anyway, try to be patient and if they aren't answering try to ask them on bitcoin talk, if im not wrong they have their own topic here Wink
Good luck recovering your coins

May I know how you resolved your problem? I have very similar problem - I enabled 2FA but their server is not sending email with code. Sent email to support but they are not answering. Tried to reach them on twitter but no activity there from 2015 same on IRC channel. Need these bits to pay my bill...  Angry

Best advice. Change your wallet ASAP, if you still have fully access to all of it. It will save your time and problems in case block.io will decide to *block* your account.
And believe me, they can do it almost without any serious valid reason and only because they suspect you might be dealing with something *illegal*.

Seems block.io are simply scammers - no response from support (tried to reach them by "contact us" form, email, twitter and IRC channel). Waiting more than 72 hours. 2FA is still not working, I can't access my wallet and can't use my funds. Can we report them somewhere to protect others?

Update:
More than week passed, still no any response from support...  Huh

So you don't received any communications?
About report and protect others... there is this topic!
I suggest you to open another one in Scam accusation board or ask a moderator to move this one.
And second point, Maybe you need to go to local police (your own) and try at least a legal sue because behind there is some one (whit who . is and so).

Or you can try to create another account, with another IP (maybe much better a VPN) on their site and try to ask through support some general thing...
just to understand if they are on line and read the site anymore... this my 2 cents

Haven't heard nothing from them.
Local police is too lazy to start anything.

Friend tried to reach their support and got same result, seems they simply ignore all emails.  Seems I lost my btc.  Sad

Almost 1 month trying to reach their support and nothing. No response at all and their server is not sending 2FA access code to email.  Angry This site is real scam!
