Most people don't understand it. Which is normal.
Being able to make your own money/bitcoin by mining seems like monopoly money.
After 2/3 weeks i started to believe it is real.

I do not see why it's a necessity for a lot of people to understand it anyway. Most of us do not know too how wire transfers work. All we know is that it's a way to send money. |

My friends don't like bitcoin.
Some know of them but think it's something shady.
Others thing it is just 1 big ponzi. Not very positive right.

First off...LOL to "normal" and "regular" people ;-).
That was an enjoyable video and would actually not be too bad for people
to watch when asking about bitcoin.

I brought it up to a few people getting coffee after yoga and was surprised that a couple of them knew what it was and
once even had a decent grasp of what it was (she knew it was currency etc)

Yes bitcoin became known many people little by little and that includes girls Not only do men. People have started to understand very well about it and probably know by word of mouth or from friends. But also many who think otherwise, maybe because they do not know. |

start form my family,they think bitcoin alternate payment,i paid for work with bitcoin,and my friend have some argument,they think bitcoin is money from internet,just like paypal. and some of them think bitcoin something really hard to get,its different every regular people to think of bitcoin.

I was suprised to see some of my friends who don't deal with online payment method also know word bitcoin and they find it intresting. Bitcoin is still a curious thing to common people like a completely new thing from the other world.

Yes i noticed around me too that people start interesting about this new crypto currency : the Bitcoin , and start to learn more about it and use it sometimes to make deals and trades online, that's why i think that Bitcoin still needing more support from the community |

I talked about bitcoin today to my friend and he thought it was virtual money used to buy online prostitutes lol  He's not fully wrong as Bitcoin for porn exists, but bitcoin is not just for porn as it can be used for something else Though, in the end i explained to him that bitcoin is more than porn Maybe we need to erase Bitcoin for porn image first before spread it around the people  |

except for my tech savvy friends, a lot of the "regular people" that i know have shown interest in bitcoin back when the solo mining was possible and the price was going up to $1200. they were all mining and selling/trading bitcoin but now only my tech savvy friends show interest in bitcoin. and the rest are scared of the price. |
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Yes maybe the advice I show directly how you get bitcoin and systems that run like. I'm sure will be many who are interested in it because bitcoin is very easy in his system. Make him understand more deeply their new bitcoin will be interested. |

I also keep on trying for getting the new people into bitcoin ecosystem. But it seems not as easy as earning bitcoin. Sometimes it works when we are showing them any free giveaways or faucet earning kind of things. |

As you said people doesn't aware of bitcoin near to my place and everywhere. Bitcoin community people should pass the positive things about bitcoin to social networks and we have to conduct some speech and debate on this in public places. |

which is strange seeing how on the web info should propagate very fast, i believe that soem country are interntionally blocking some webpage about bitcoin, to decrease the possible awareness of bitcoin this is an example in russia and some other country where bitcoin is not seen well, like bangladesh, vietnam etc.. |
