faucets owners does not like bots and the fight against them because it just steal their btc without any real visitors

I have never tried one of them because i believe the programmer will not create it for free except if he puts a trojan or a virus to hack your computer so do not trust these bots

Captchas are a bots worst nightmare (a faucet owners best friend), So you have to either do it manually or use an outside website.

Its bad for the faucet owners, bots for gambling are different things because gambling sites make money from the bets but faucets only make them from the advertisements which depend on unique user visits, so by bot`ing the faucets you're basically stealing from them and thats not nice and most bots come with nasty malwares+trojans, so its best to avoid them.

Plus this:

believe me bot will not make you rich person.

What would be the point?  The cost you would spend in paying to solve captchas would far outweigh the rewards in bitcoin you would receive.

Perhaps you're talking about a bot that either bypasses the captchas or ocrs them.  Something like that people aren't just going to spread and let everyone have them.
