The one he sent me for $200, I redeemed. I'm not sure what method you used to check it, but on moneypak.com it always asks me for the ZIP code it was purchased in. If you were not provided that, or the receipt (as I was), you would not have been able to redeem it, I believe.

Regular add to a greendot card. Ususally it goes straight through when i used the code you provided I got an error. No big deal, gratz on a successful trade.

It's possible the MP was in the activation window when you can't cash it anywhere yet. It's supposedly 30 minutes after purchase until it becomes active, but IIRC, I've had one person go back to a store at closer to 60 minutes (so they'd be talking with the same clerk and manager that were there when they bought it, and they call Green Dot to work out the issue immediately and re-fund at no extra cost).

I can pretty much do 1k MPs anytime, but I was more or less trying to do this as a one-time "favor" for the btc community. Considering vendors charge ~ $80 / 1k moneypak. lol.
