Nope. 0.05BTC is way too high with only a Full Member account as collateral. Unless you were very trusted (which you aren't), I really doubt anyone can loan you 0.05BTC.

Maybe try Gunthar's service? He owns Gunbot, so he might be able to make a special deal.
