This does not take affect in any current IPO also all current standard escrow is now a 1% flat fee also due to high demand the donations/tips were greatly appreciated however was not enough to keep the service free.

Nocroom i'm sorry you feel this way I am a very busy person and offer this service for free to keep users safe from fraud.

Since this is handled only in my spare time there can be delays in this service. I requested the transaction ID of your payment because I am currently handling over 20+ escrows it would have been more simple for you to let me know the tx ID. Also serves as verification in case of an account hacking.

Regardless there is no need for the hostility over a free service that I offer.
