Neither of these pools works for me - Cryptopia's isn't available, and
Prohashing doesn't seem to give you the choice to mine MEOW (unless I'm reading the docs incorrectly) - it allows you to choose MEOW as a payment coin, but it hashes whatever coin it thinks is most profitable at the moment.
Does anyone know of a working pool? It would be great to get the chain unstuck.

c: sets a static coin to mine to support that coin's network. When this argument is included, the miner will only mine the requested coin, and will not switch coins when the rest of the pool is directed to switch coins. To mine CHNcoins only, for example, use "c=chncoin." This argument is case-insensitive. The selected coin must be spelled exactly as those in the list of available coins on the "charts" page, and the coin must be listed as "running." If the mined coin is placed into an error state (for example, if the coin forks and mining temporarily stops), then the pool will disconnect the miner rather than assign it to a new coin. This behavior allows powerful ASICs to specify a backup pool for when their preferred coin is not available. When used in conjunction with the d= (static difficulty) argument, the coin's difficulty overrides the static miner difficulty when the coin's blocks are easier than the static miner difficulty.
The c parameter can be used to support particular coins that the customer wants to increase the hashrate of. Static mining coins are independent of payout coins, so it is possible to mine any coin and be paid out in any coin (or in multiple coins.) This option can replace single-purpose pools for available coins; instead of having to direct hardware at a specialty pool that mines 42 coins and pays out in 42 coins, miners can be configured to support the 42 network at Prohashing and receive consistent pay-per-share payouts in 42 coins daily.

To support a coin network without as much risk: Use "c=[coin name]" and set payout proportions to 100% in that coin. In contrast to "solo mode," mining in PPS mode provides constant rewards even if your miner finds no blocks, and still earns merge-mining rewards, in exchange for a higher fee.
