I think he is not panic, he is just criticize of the Bitcoin.
Where i m living my government is not accepted the Bitcoin but i m using the bitcoins and i m earning it and also i m earning from Bitcoin. So that's all good for me, but my government is not accepted it.

There is no government which can control bitcoin, no banks, no law regulations etc.
