Question what has this coin actually to bring to the table compared to the other 2 dutch coins?
They have been here for a while, and you have just started.
I like the work you already have done because, you are actually going to meetings and have adds for free coins!

But Holland is a small country's with not a lot of people so why will this coin succeed where the other 2 have failed?

EFL and AMS was more for storage then actual usage. Gulden already has a lot of usage and once new Android wallet is released this month users with iOS and Android smartphones will be able to purchase at any gulden or bitcoin merchant making it far more usable then litecoin and doge put together. Therefore Gulden is no longer Dutch but international.

There is much more that has been done and still being done by the team and community as per the OP.

Ok, it sounds better but I am still a little sceptical, it is really nice that it is international and not only Dutch.
Because we are a small country and before all people here will use the gulden, it will take a long time.
How does it work with mining gulden then I can just join a pool to mine some fresh gulden?
And thanks for the info I will be going through it!

You are confused. Gulden is not new at all but has been around since April 2014. (Unlike one of the other coins you have mentioned which only launched last year August)
You can see the timeline here https://timeline.gulden.com/2014 for more information on the various achievements of the coin thus far.

In short however Gulden is the only one of the three 'Netherlands based' coins (and one of only a few international coins) that has a proper development team with a history of actually delivering meaningful progress.
You should join the slack where you can discuss some more with the community if you would like more information.

Uh oh, speechless. Are you crazy? I don't really deserve that.. :]
However I can't say that I'm not truly grateful and humbled!

Appreciate the generosity, seriously.

How does it work with mining gulden then I can just join a pool to mine some fresh gulden?

You can mine in the pools, but also can join Guldenshares (Project Hybrid).

This is a really innovative approach and as shareholder I can say that it is even more satisfactory than mining. Smiley

Yes, I am probably confused then, I indeed thought  this coin was recently new.
I will check it out man thanks a lot.

Ok yes I saw that project Hybrid and it looked pretty awesome, you only had to invest 0,05 bitcoin in it to mine the gulden.
I am going to maybe do that or just hire a miner and let it mine gulden for me!

Hey there nickenburg, already noted your reply and interest on the Dutch Hybrid topic.

Between Hybrid and hiring a miner yourself, I would recommend doing Hybrid; that's because you would be lifting along 'the power of many', as well that Hybrid knows no end (whilst direct renting does), hence it would yield you more.

Though, regarding renting a miner, I would recommend using NiceHash  Wink

I have nothing against this coin since i have been into it since the start but Rijk(founder) is a hypocrite and he deletes slack post that he does not like, like one pointing out that he is constantly talking about subjects that are off-topic but only when certain people he does not like talk about something else for 1 freaking post he starts to become annoying by constantly pointing you to #offtopic and deletes your post, so be warned! .

You are taking away the right to free speech, a dictator also doesn't like somethings people say but that doesn't mean what they say is wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself by being a "leader" of a decentralized currency and still have that dictator like behavior towards other people, you are just as much a bad person to society as all the other people currently in power. I have never had a problem with anybody in this community except you, many many many people left because of your dominant attitude towards others. Fortunately you are not needed for Gulden to operate.
I will happily continue to support Gulden and all of it's funding projects because i think the developers are doing an amazing job.
