In case of bitcoin rate, yes you're right it wont be less than 1sat. But it will be worthless because no one want to pump this coin, sooner or later this coin will be removed from the exchanges.
That's why its better if you sell it as soon as possible. Even if you put sell order on 1SAT, you will need to wait so long time. I have seen some people try to sell this coin on facebook group with lower rate 0.2SAT/VAL.

I have uninstall the wallet but kept the wallet file I don't think the dev will ever come out to many damage has been done to it's reputation maybe he is the biggest dumper on Yobit and some other exchanges he really made a lot of Bitcoin..
