I hope c-cex won't pay those huge amount dumpers , indeed there are 7-30 BTC worth dumps , does c-cex need to be bankrupt with this meaningless(at the moment it's true , cause no serious project) coin

That 10k+$ is the seller not the CCEX.

May be there is no pending buying order... if any one is selling @ 1 sat and you buy that, then you will get the coin instantly. Just check the history of the market buy/sell and you will get that
