who can tell the number of transactions bitcoin handled? blockchain.info currently seems to be a little out of sync.
Also does this hold:
Number of errors in chain: 0
(I know of at least one fix that had to be done via a client upgrade)

Funny how the number tx and the number of coins match pretty closely.

Is that 1.517M that has never moved?

Is that 1.517M that has never moved? Yep, out of 3.5M total minted in those 70,000 blocks.

Is that the American indian who is crying because the land of his ancestors has become polluted (TV commercial from the 70s)? Perhaps Satoshi is crying because his blockchain has become polluted with Satoshi Dice transactions.

Where is the party?
We did celebrate in Berlin. Offered four Pampero shots for the price of one, quadriple cheeseburgers and deep fried 'Blockschokolade' (German word for cooking chocolate which comes in little blocks). Lots of glass raising and toasting 'to blockchain eternity and beyond' . We should use this kind of event much more and connect and celebrate globally, toast to each other via skype, buy each other drinks from continent to continent and so on. What could be the next event to celebrate in the Bitoin community? Joe
