IP relayed 7 blocks out of 11, hence http://blockchain.info/blocks/82.130.102.160
blocks 215021, 215022, 215026, 215027, 215028, 215030, 215031
Do they have this hashing power? Isn't it freaky?
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I thought it must have been talked about before, thanks.
The argument is that the IP just relays the blocks and doesn't mine them, and that it must be a well connected relay.
But the IP is not listed among "hub nodes", http://blockchain.info/hub-nodes.
The site relays blocks only during network hash-rate peaks, as I remember.
So they switch on their fast relay during network peaks and try to confuse everyone Grin
