A complete planetary cycle of four years has =365*3+366days=1461days=126,230,400seconds. If we divide that interval of time in 21 million units we get a new time unit, the secondBTC, that is roughly 6.01 seconds. And a day, that has roughly 86400 seconds, has roughly 14373secondBTC. I define the minuteBTC= 10*secondBTC, which is just slightly more than a minute. So a day has roughly 1437.3minuteBTC. I also define an hourBTC=100*minuteBTC. And so a day has roughly 14.4hourBTC. Which is more than enough :-)
