It's funny people think devs would be that short sighted that they dump millions of lisks for 30-40 cents, rather than just make a great coin and find it worth $5 mill. That is how to make real money. I doubt devs care about the price.
Agreed. Additionally, it'd ruin their reputation. Max and Oliver are fairly public figures, so selling their coins for short-term profit would not only be a terrible decision financially, but they could also get into some legal trouble. no that szenario is not realistic in my opinion, buy cheap now, that is the magic key |

Anyone know why some people can't get confirmations when sending the coins?
Web wallet not syncing with network, because of heavy load and also with gateway 502 errors(web wallet won't display error message, in this case send dialog hangs until you cancel or close. still dev needs to fix this minor one, keeping the user upto to date with messages if any ajax errors or set maximum time to wait). More work to do I think in this area. Try with alternative community member wallets (only with https). |

what a drama going on. only insiders got profits. with such stupid openning. You realize that the price is still 3x what anyone here paid, right? Probably more than that with all the % bonuses and whatnot. Tripling your money isn't bad. I think it's probably opening higher than most people with realistic expectations thought it would. yessss... the people complaining on every page "scam coin, devs dumped coins!" are the same people that don't know how to use their wallets or check the rich list and see the dev wallets are untouched... |

I still dont have acces to my coins.
I can login to my wallet. I send my coins.
But after a couple of minutes i receive them back.
I tried this multiple times. How is it possible that some people can send their coins and some not?
Even if they try the same thing.
Fuck this shit man.

There are several issues with the launch. I agree the DDos attacks are surprise to deal with.
I think it would have been better if devs prepared with alternative plans like Plan A, Plan B etc.
1) Engaging some third party security experts for dealing DDOS attacks, for example using cloudfare
2) Setting up Load balancers, if one VM is down, all the requests redirected to second one and so one. Setting up atleast 10 vms 2 days ago with private ip addresses and on launch day redirecting login.lisk.io to those.
3) On demand scaling, as the number of users increased , automatically setup to use more resources (Azure allow this).

gdax.com is also launching today and still offline using cloudflare, so basically it don't mean crap for the disruptions within first day time frame, don't matter how well you prepared, they're just pointing the ddos to it |

I think it is too early to make any decision just be patient soon everything will be on the track and strong believers will enjoy their ride there, price will be skyrocket very soon when every issue will get resolved and network get more stability than i am pretty sure price will go over $10.
