Those screenshots show Lisk is already trading on Poloniex, but its not even launched yet. It can't have a price on Poloniex if the blockchain hasn't even started running yet. Those screenshots are faked with photoshop.

I'd stay the hell away from bloombit. I think nobody even heard of them before they started Lisk IOU trading. Could be a scam, could be someone wantig a piece of the pie.
