What a sad failure of a launch. Be a man Lisk team and take it on the chin. Agree it wasnt as expected and apologise. Doesn't give confidence to investors this is going anywhere if you react in such a way.

The official Lisk web client is being worked on, it takes time to stop such an attack.

The client is running great at the moment, that's the positive side.

what do you mean attack?

didn't you expect to be swamped at launch???

what did you expect just 10 people to use the site?

Do you really think that 50000 users were trying to access the web login? I don't think so.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Why not you first launch the Wallet, and if everything ok, release the exchanges ?

The wallets are in working condition. The problem we are experiencing is a coordinated attack on login.lisk.io. It's troublesome for those who do not have experience with Linux based installations.

what ?? i don't blaming anybody, i just show you alternative way to use wallet, to prevent fuding around here.

I won't touch any other wallet than login.lisk.io

if you or admins really expect that I use an inofficial wallet, you are insane and I consider this a fraud

We don't expect this and don't recommend it. We recommend to install the client locally.

If some scam coin on Yobit can have a windows working wallet, why can't you???

No that's the most negative side of all. It's that which has probably wiped the most value of LSK this evening. (Not waiting until all users were able to able to easily access their LSK at the same time)

Listen Blud, don't get me started.

You muppets fucked this up royally.

the majority of people don't use linux.

if some scam coin has a working windows wallet, there's no bloody excuse why LISK doesn't have one at launch.

You said you were delaying the launch to ensure that everything worked like clockwork.

You Failed!!!

Take it on the chin and sort it out.

Lisk is still overpriced now imo.

Needs to be same price as Crypti, because it's Crypti.

Finally got it to work by using Docker (I'm on a mac). The instructions are simple and took about 10 minutes to set up. Couldn't get the installation through binaries working, spent ages. Wish I just used docker from the beginning.

https://lisk.io/documentation?i=lisk-docs/DockerInstall

Sure, I'm on wondows. I start Docker Quickstart Terminal and a promet of MINGGW64 asks to do something, what to do next?
