Hello, I want to buy Bitcoins with Moneybookers or Neteller. (Preferably neteller)

-Im new so if you are a regular member here with previous trades Ill ship first.
-Would prefer small increments
-Looking to buy for 2k

That guide just explains the virwox method, which is not always smooth and charges about 9%. Exchange with someone here or have a look on bitmit.
