The clock on your site is broken.
What browser are you using? We have heard from few people using specific browser, that they see the clock as not working as well. We advise Google Chrome I was using safari on an Ipad. Works fine with chrome on computer. Thanks. |

Hi and welcome. We issue a deposit refund for real people who make a deposit, we can see that in our database. We can see every new wallet that gets generated when you fill the details and press start. We do not send out money just because you give transaction id, we check it against our DB and it store all the data, the holdups we had were not related to info not showing up on database but on website. Getting payment on one deposit, and other one is delayed (bigger one).
Payment time can vary sometimes within few min range. But payments are instant and when the time comes, the system know that you have to get payments and it sends request to payout. Currently we have about 1850 active deposits. If you noticed few hours ago, deposits didn't show up homepage, it was due to the large number of payment going our every second, that it didn't get the signal in time for new deposits to list them as active on homepage. We do see them in database and we can track all of them. So as i explained a bit before, then we have added a 5 min delay in payment checking part, where it checks payments every 5 min that have to be sent out. But it's still instant and we are fully paying out our members , still as you can check on our homepage we send out a payment almost every second. We will try to remove the 5 min delay in few hours as it is possible that the network just lagged at that time, but just to make sure we apply these measures. Kind regards |
